Vet Practice — required core Companion-animal general practice — scheduling, medical records, invoicing, and reminders. This is the shared core every deployment runs on, so it is always included.

Hospital & Specialty Multi-doctor referral, ER, and specialty workflows — treatment sheets, patient whiteboards, inpatient care, and clean hand-offs between shifts.

Boarding & Daycare Runs, kennels, and daycare — reservations, capacity at a glance, feeding and medication schedules, and check-in/check-out.

Shelter & Rescue Intake, foster, adoption, and outcome tracking for shelters and rescues, with the full medical record built in rather than bolted on.

Equine Ambulatory and barn-based equine medicine — farm calls, stallside records on a phone or tablet, and a full per-horse history.

Livestock & Production Herd- and group-level records for mixed and production-animal work — treatments, withdrawal times, and group events across a whole pen or flock.

What you’re signing up for

Flat monthly price

One price for the shared core and your first service, plus a fixed add-on for each additional service. No per-seat charges, no setup fee, and the same figure whichever currency you’re billed in.

Managed hosting, included

Fully managed hosting for you. You never touch a server, patch an operating system, or restore a backup yourself — we operate it as part of the price.

Unlimited staff

Every doctor, tech, receptionist, and manager, at no extra cost. Add or remove people freely; the monthly price doesn’t move when your team does.

A couple of honest things to know first

We’d rather you hear these from us than find out later. There is no built-in payment processing inside the product — Vivetra won’t run your clients’ card payments for you, and that is a deliberate, permanent design choice across the whole product family. (The Stripe checkout on this page is us billing your practice for its subscription — a completely separate thing from processing your clients’ payments.)

And we’re a newer vendor. Some of the names you’re weighing us against have years of track record we don’t have yet. What we offer instead is a genuinely flat price, hosting we actually run for you, and no lock-in on your data. If that trade is right for your practice, we’d love to have you.

Checkout questions

Do I enter my card details on this page?

No. This page never shows a card field. When you continue, we hand you to Stripe’s own secure hosted checkout, and Stripe handles all card or bank-account entry. Your payment details never touch Vivetra’s servers.

What happens right after I pay?

Your subscription starts and we begin setting up your deployment. Provisioning runs automatically in the background, so it isn’t instant — you’ll get an email with your login details shortly after payment, once your instance is ready.

Can I add or remove services later?

Yes. Vet Practice is the required core, but every other service can be added or dropped later, and your flat monthly price adjusts by one service add-on each way. You’re not locked into today’s selection. See the full pricing breakdown for every combination.

Is hosting really included?

Yes, in the price you see here. We fully manage the hosting for you — you never touch a server, patch an operating system, or restore a backup yourself. Unlimited doctors and staff are included too, at every service count.
