Every price on this page already has managed hosting baked in — it is never a separate line item that shows up later. Vivetra hosting is fully managed for you: the software runs on infrastructure we operate on your behalf, not a server you have to find, buy, or maintain yourself.
- You never touch a server.
- You never patch an operating system.
- You never restore your own backup.
Worth knowing before you sign up
- No built-in payment processing. Vivetra doesn't process the payments your clients make to your practice — pair it with whatever processor you already use. (This is unrelated to the checkout you'd use to pay your own Vivetra subscription.)
- We're newer than the incumbents. Some competitors in this category have been operating for decades. Vivetra is a newer vendor — we'd rather say that plainly than let you find out later.
Why (and when) this price moves
If you run a practice, you already feel this every year: staff wages climb, rent climbs, gauze and gloves and vaccines all cost more than they did at last renewal, and the same drug you've prescribed for a decade somehow costs a little more at reorder time too. None of that is your fault, and none of it slows down just because you're careful with money.
We're not exempt from that either — hosting, support, and the people who build this software cost more every year too, same as everyone else's staff do. So rather than hold a price flat until the math stops working and then hit everyone with a sudden jump, we picked the honest middle ground: a small adjustment every 2 years, on a schedule published right here, so you always know it's coming. Next adjustment: January 1, 2030.
That's the whole plan — same price, same terms, for two years at a time, then we do it again, out in the open. You'll see it coming a long time before it happens, not the week your invoice changes.

Does the price change as I add doctors or techs?
No. Every tier on this page is unlimited staff — a 2-person practice and a 20-person practice on the same service count pay the identical monthly number.
Is hosting really included, or is that billed separately?
Included, always, on every tier above. Vivetra hosting is fully managed for you — we run the servers, apply the patches, and hold the backups, so nothing shows up as a separate hosting line item later.
Will this price ever go up?
Yes, on the published schedule shown above — small steps roughly every two years, announced years ahead of the date they take effect. Whatever is listed as the next step in that table is the only future change on the books; there is no other adjustment planned.
Does Vivetra process my clients' payments?
No. Vivetra has no built-in payment processing for the payments your practice collects from its own clients — pair it with whichever processor you already use. That is separate from the checkout you would use to pay your own Vivetra subscription.
What if I only need one service today but might add more later?
Start with one service at the base rate, then add any other service later at the flat per-service add-on rate. Same deployment, same login, no re-onboarding and no data migration.
